Cancellation & Rescheduling

Once booked & paid for, all workshops are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel your workshop, or not show up, you will not be refunded. This applies to all sales via the website & via Eventbrite.

If you turn up late to your session, it will end at the original time agreed. This is because I work by appointment only, and often have another workshop, class or meeting scheduled into my day. 

Rescheduling is permitted one time only. On occasion I may also utilise this one time only rescheduling option if I need to make space in my diary.

Refunds are not permitted. Once you have booked, please be committed to scheduling your booking.

I try my best to deliver high quality workshops and classes that are suited to you. It's important that you communicate any additional needs you may have. For example, if you have dyslexia and feel sharing this information will support your learning, please let me know.

Digital files (negative scans) will be sent to you via www.wetransfer.com - it is your responsibility to download these files within the timeframe. I can not store files for more than 1 month.

If you have left physical prints or negatives with me, I can store them for a limited time only. I cannot be held accountable for any damage if the items are left at the darkroom for more than 2 weeks.

Please make arrangements to collect them or alternatively, you can pay me to post them to your home address.

Traveling to Beach Creative

• CLOSEST - William Street Car park

• Free, unrestricted parking surrounding the memorial park (Dering Road, Spencer Road, Station Road) Allow for a 2-5 minute walk

• There are lots of 1 hour free (free after 6pm) parking all around Beach Creative

• Aldi offers 1.5 hour free parking, but be aware its camera operated and automatic fines are issued if you're late

• The train station is a 10 minute walk

• There are lots of bus stops surrounding the area
